Patch 1.2 was released today.

Here is a list with improvements:

Hungarian language localization was supported.
Level 9 lighting changed. Added more atmosphere and horror.
Added possibility to perform Finish kills on weakest mutants.
Weapons spawn flashlights when shoot.
Crosshair (when you play on keyboard + mouse) gain more contrasted texture. So it’s much easier to find it on screen.
Killing Big Brute Mutant generates much more health.
Added more checkpoints to level 15.
Fix enemies goes to infinite stun after shocked with emp grenade.
Fix Berkut boss play invalid animation after been defeat.
Fix enemies stuck in level 9 if dead body laying before.
Fix place where enemy often stuck in level 11.
Balance tunning in level 12.
Fix Vasily invalid rotation when been attacked by Big Brute Mutant.
Balance tweaks in level 7.
