Repack installer put a fake version number of 4.999, while actually being 4.070. I’ve done it to stop the game from auto-updating. If you’re risky enough, you can delete all files in “C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Local\StreetFighterV\Saved\download” folder to allow the game to update
